It’s hard to believe, but today marks 10 years since the infamous June 2012 derecho. We saw a record high of 104° that afternoon before the fast-moving line of storms, that originated out near Chicago, swept through the region bringing 70-85mph winds!
Thousands were left without power, and the storm left $2.9 billion in damage across the Mid-Atlantic in its aftermath.
