Monday’s Forecast: Warmer Start to the Week

Brought to you by Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty

We have a rather nice day on tap across the region! Yesterday, we saw temperatures take a slight dip yesterday into the lower 60s. Today, we will look to add several degrees to that as many of us should max out in the upper 60s. Some inland spots may even top out in the lower 70s!

We are off to a somewhat chilly start this morning, with temperatures in the upper 30s and 40s. We will see temperatures rise nicely throughout the morning though, with many spots getting into the upper 50s and lower 60s by lunchtime. While the jackets may be needed this morning, you should be good without them by this afternoon!

All-in-all, today looks to feature great weather as we get the first workweek of Spring started! We will see increased pollen levels, though, thanks to these warmer temps. Pollen levels are likely to remain elevated for the next 6ish weeks!

Looking ahead, we will keep the nice weather around for tomorrow before our next system moves in by mid-week. Rain is likely across the region on Wednesday, and there are some indications we could see a decent amount of it! Additionally, some of our modeling suggests that we may see some embedded thunderstorms, but we will work those details out in the coming days.

Cooler weather should set in behind the mid-week system, with highs in the 50s looking to become common place as we close out March!
