Northwestern zones are waking up to a wintry mix this morning with a cold rain south and east. Most areas should go to a cold rain by mid-morning, with the rain ending by lunch. PM sunshine will help spike temps near 50° this afternoon! PM gusts to 25-30mph are possible, too.
Many schools northwest of I-95 have delayed for today with schools in western Maryland and southern Pennsylvania closing or holding classes remotely. Locally, only Prince George’s County and Stafford County Schools have delayed. Anne Arundel County Schools have announced that they will open on time today.
