The Storm Prediction Center has issued a Severe Thunderstorm Watch for parts of the Mid-Atlantic as a storm complex looks to move through.
Much of the region has been upgraded to an Elevated Risk of severe weather for this afternoon as scattered storms will try to fire up.
A couple rounds of showers and storms will be possible throughout the day with warm temperatures and humid conditions likely between them.
