A rapidly strengthening storm is expected off the East Coast this weekend, with the heaviest snow focused south, while areas farther north continue to watch for possible impacts depending on the storm’s track.
Bitter cold lingers with highs in the 20s today before a few flurries or light snow showers develop this evening, possibly leaving a quick coating.
