A Tropical Storm Watch has been issued for Calvert and St. Mary’s Counties, as Westmoreland County in VA, for Thursday night. This comes as Tropical Storm Elsa makes landfall along the Florida coastline. The remnants of Elsa are likely to move northward and impact our region by late tomorrow. The worst conditions will be felt along the track of the center of the storm, which should pass just to our south and east. However, tropical storm force conditions may extend up into our region.
