Several northwestern schools are already delaying for tomorrow. I would expect many delays along/northwest of 95 due to the wintry mix. Depending on how long the switchover to rain takes, some may also close. I think closures are a sure bet west of I-81 & north of the Mason-Dixon Line.
50/50 shot of schools delaying in southern MD and central VA. It will depend on how cold the rural areas of those counties get and how much ice they accumulate. These are the regions that should switch the rain the earliest (by/around sunrise), allowing for lower impacts.
