While our snow has wrapped up, we’re not quite done with wintry weather. As temperatures dip back below freezing this evening, spotty freezing rain showers may redevelop along and east of I-95. Any leftover moisture from today’s snow can refreeze, and even light freezing rain could create a thin glaze of ice on untreated roads and sidewalks.

“Share” the word! A Winter Weather Advisory (shaded in purple) is in effect from 7pm Friday to 1am Saturday for these areas. Travel may become slick in patches, especially later tonight. If you’re heading out, take it slow and watch for icy spots. I’ll keep you updated through the evening. Stay safe!
