Tuesday’s Forecast: Patchy Morning Fog, Milder Finish

Brought to you by Chesapeake Orthodontics

A mild trend continues today as a nearby warm front begins lifting north across the region. While the day starts quietly, subtle changes later on will bring increasing clouds and a few spotty showers.

Patchy fog is possible early this morning, especially in valleys and low-lying areas, but it should gradually burn off as the morning goes on. As a warm front approaches, milder air spreads in from the southwest, allowing temperatures in those areas to push into the 50s, while locations farther north stay a bit cooler. Clouds will increase through the day, and by this evening, a few spotty showers are possible, especially across northern zones, as the warm front continues to inch northward. Rain coverage will be limited, with many locations staying dry, but it’s a good idea to keep the umbrella handy tonight just in case.
