Bitter cold greets us this morning with temperatures starting in the teens and wind chills near or below zero.
Despite plenty of sunshine, we’ll only manage a slow warm-up into the 20s for most areas and low 30s across southern locations. Winds will keep it feeling colder than the numbers suggest, with wind chills stuck in the teens and 20s through the day. Skies stay mostly clear overall, though a scattered snow shower or flurry can’t be ruled out north of Baltimore late this afternoon into the evening.
