Afternoon Heat May Lead to Storms on Wednesday

Brought to you by Gentle Pressure Roof & Exterior Cleaning

Another warm and humid is on tap for the region tomorrow. Temperatures will look to get into the lower to middle 90s by the afternoon. Our southerly wind flow will also help to increase the humidity across our region. This combination will make our region feel close to 100°.

An incoming weak frontal boundary will bring the threat of scattered storms to the region during the afternoon and evening hours. Given the weak front, this does not look like a large-scale severe weather outbreak. However, a couple of strong to severe storms could be possible. The main threat would come from damaging winds. We would see this potential threat materialize between 3-10PM in Southern MD. Shown below is our Chesapeake’s Bounty Futurecast for 6PM tomorrow.
