A mostly sunny and breezy Monday is on tap across the region with seasonable January temperatures. Highs will reach the low to mid-40s for most spots, with a few upper 40s south and west of I-95. Northwest winds will add a bit of a chill at times, especially this morning. Overall, a bright but brisk start to the week.
