Wednesday’s guess on schools is a bit harder than today’s! Generally, I do think schools will be impacted south of the Mason-Dixon Line. I think at least a delay is guaranteed south of Baltimore. Depending on specific road conditions, I don’t believe a closing can be ruled out for the areas that saw over 10″. 50/50 odds of a close south of DC.
Some calls may come this afternoon. However, some may wait until morning to get a look at those AM road conditions.
