Before we leap ahead to the chance of light #snow on Friday, we will first have to take on the cold air that settles in tonight. Many spots will drop into the teens tonight with gusty northwesterly winds. Feels like temps around 0° tomorrow AM! Black Ice could be an issue tomorrow, especially northwest of I-95! 
Any residual snow or melt from today will likely harden right back up tonight on area roads (mainly the secondary ones). And yes, this means that we could see a few delays tomorrow morning. However, I would expect those to be focused in districts NW of I-95 & into PA. Take note!
