Expect mostly sunny skies today with comfortable summer humidity and afternoon highs climbing into the mid to upper 80s across the region. While today is pleasant, heat will steadily build through the middle of the week. Temperatures will climb above normal on Tuesday before turning quite hot by Wednesday. However, the air should be a bit drier than the muggy stretch we experienced around the Fourth of July.
