And there we have it, our first named storm of the 2026 Hurricane Season has formed! Tropical Storm #Arthur has formed off the Texas coastline.
Arthur will quickly move back onshore tonight, really capping the strength here. The main story remains the rain concerns! Positions of central Louisiana and Mississippi will receive 6-12″ of rain from our first named storm over the next 2-3 days! Wind and surge impacts will remain low.
