We have another quiet weather day on tap as temperatures look to get well into the 50s this afternoon, ahead of our next weather system.

After a cold and wet day yesterday, quiet and seasonal conditions will settle in across the region as the week draws to a close.

A gloomy weather day is on tap across the Mid-Atlantic as periods of rain move through with temperatures staying in the 40s.

Last night’s northwest winds have helped to funnel down cooler air for our Tuesday. However, the winds will not be as disruptive today.

Temperatures will be noticeably cooler as northerly winds usher in a fresh injection of cooler air this afternoon.
