Cold temperatures and periods of snow are on tap for the region a day after seeing temperatures get into the 60s.
After several days in the 60s, a quick round of snow is likely on Sunday as cold air returns to the Mid-Atlantic.
Much of the Mid-Atlantic is on tap to see yet another near-perfect weather day to close out the work week!
After an early February warm-up, the chances of snow look to increase on Sunday as a cold front pushes through the region.

A weak system will slide off shore tonight. As it does so, isolated areas of freezing drizzle may develop east of I-95.
Much of our region is off to a warm start this morning. However, an incoming front will dramatically drop our temperatures.
A surge of warm air today will deliver temperatures in the 50s as an incoming cold front brings rain to much of the region.
Freezing fog this morning will give way to warmer temperatures this afternoon, thanks to southerly winds.
