The last few showers and storms are moving out of the region this morning as cooler and drier air begins to settle in.
Additional areas of rain are expected to impact the Mid-Atlantic today. Some of the rain could be heavy, leading to a threat of flooding.
Scattered showers are likely to move through the region throughout the day, helping to keep temperatures down and the humidity up.
Seasonal temperatures are expected as periods of rain move through our region this morning and again this evening.
A slow moving cold front is set to bring periods of rain to the Mid-Atlantic late Monday and into the day on Tuesday.
Yet another warm day is on tap across the region. Humidity levels will be noticeably higher today, though, with a slight chance of a PM shower.
